Welcome to the first green, carbon-neutral office building in Neu-Isenburg!

G1 offers a sustainable working environment with up-to-date and future-oriented technology, a comprehensive ecosystem and will be powered by renewable energy. We are proud that our office building is thus contributing to the fight against climate change.

By using renewable energy sources and sustainable energy management, G1 is particularly environmentally friendly and efficient. Further measures are implemented to reduce waste, water and energy consumption and to conserve natural resources.

As an ESG-friendly office building, G1 can not only help to protect the environment and improve the well-being of its occupants, but also reduce the risk of reputational and liability issues and provide long-term financial benefits.

Climate neutrality

The entire life cycle of the G1 is designed to be CO₂ neutral. New construction creates a great deal of emissions, which we offset by using recyclable materials, sustainable operations and efficient demolition. This gives the building an average CO₂ equivalent of 0.0066 kg CO₂ eq/m² per year, or 33 kg CO₂ per year overall. By comparison, a person consumes around 11.7 tons of CO₂ per year.

Photovoltaics

An on-site photovoltaic system provides green power from renewable energy and reduces G1 operating costs.

Heat pump

Heating and cooling is provided by a heat pump, so there is no gas consumption.

Green roof

The retention area captures rainwater, binds CO₂ and thus contributes to improving air quality and biodiversity.
